Convention Drama -"Days of our lives" for Witnesses...why do they show all Worldly people as Evil!!

it was all about a witness youth gone astray.
the worldy girls were of course hard drinking sluts who left him at the first sign of trouble as did the evil materialistic friend.

February 2011 KM - no more daily text before service

my guess everybody is delaying leaving the service meeting - and this is an attempt to fix this.. that's what i see in our service groups - no one is in any rush to go out (again).

How many used to beat their cars to death in field service?
by life is to short inok so this is my second winter out of the crazy religion.. where i live we can get really bad winters and this seems to be another bad year.
we just had a record november for snow fall.
we live in the city and the city snow plowing is not the best to say the least.

Yeah Sister.....Pioneered with a 16 year old car....lost hubcaps on many a farm....blew a radiator....oil pump......went thru car number 2 much the same engine blew [only 10 years old} now I haven't been Witnessing in many years and the money saved bought me a new car which has never been in "Slave service" for the Watchtower.

Anybody else drink too much alcohol and want to stop?
by new light ini have been drinking heavily my entire adult life with the exception of about two very happy years and i feel it is now time to try and put it down (again).
it's hard, though, as there is no one to impress except myself.
last time i quit, at least i worked with some sober people whom i found much more relatable with a clear mind and that provided at least a little more inspiration to continue.

Yes I did that for a long time when I left.....bitter and angry too. Lately I have been getting into shape and not drinking at all. My sleep has improved ALOT also I feel more energetic......I'm on a clense at the moment....swaped the beers for green tea, peppermint tea.....took some time to break bad habits but it's worth it....life is already too short.....I'm finally getting over the Witnesses.

Google Street View of Bethal
by JWinprotest ini was fooling around with the street view on google maps and discovered that you can navigate pretty much throughout the entire grounds at bethal in georgetown ontario.
looks like all the roads are named and registered with the city, but it's still private property so the wts would have to give permission to do so.
i just thought it was odd that's all.. and yes, i am incredibly bored and i have nothing else better to do..
